About

BISCON is a consulting firm helping businesses scale sales, transform, and implement strategies. For over 20 years, I've been helping leaders grow faster and smarter – combining strategic consulting with operational support.

I gained experience as a Managing & Commercial Director, leading direct sales, retail and e-commerce development, as well as international Key Account Management in companies such as Volkswagen, Rubix i Kramp – in the latter also responsible for implementing the franchise concept Powered by Kramp.

Currently I lead VanKing Celkar Group as CEO – a company in the automotive aftermarket sector, developing the international private label FAST.

At BISCON we work with experts in pricing, category management, e-commerce and sales excellence. We also place particular emphasis on Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) – a process that aligns sales, operational and financial planning to ensure consistency of strategy, resources and execution. We act pragmatically, effectively and always with measurable results in mind.
